Jeff Bibb canvas fowler pouch

Hello Tim:

I recently finished a version of the double fowler pouch that you detailed in Muzzleloader Magazine a few issues back and thought you might like to see it. This one is about 10" X 10". It is made from a piece of old, heavy canvas that I had in a building. It was already kind of dirty, but I antiqued it a bit more for good measure. It is hemp-lined with about 10oz. material that was stained with walnut hull dye. The outside is finished with Renaissance wax polish. It gives it a pretty water-resistant finish and is fairly durable. The strap is 1, 1/4" and adjustable in the back. I am really pleased with the way it came out. I will have it at Dixon's this weekend at my table. Hope you like it. Thanks for the great article on making it.

Since it looks like I can't figure out how to add photos here, I will email them to you separately. Maybe you can post them to this or somewhere else.

Thanks,
Jeff Bibb
